Visa

If you plan to visit Denmark for a short period of time, you must obtain a visa prior to entry if you come from a country with a visa requirement for entering Denmark.
See the list of  countries whose citizens need a visa to enter Denmark.

Nationals from Nordic countries and EU/EEA countries can enter Denmark without a visa.

Residence permit?

If you plan to stay in Denmark for more than three months, you may need a residence permit. For further information, please look here.

Language requirements

Aarhus University might require documentation of English proficiency from guest students as the teaching language is English and students must be able to read the relevant literature (in English) and follow teaching and discussion.
