All applications to the Board of Studies should be made according to the relevant requirements for applications. This also applies to electronic applications.

Uncomplicated applications are regularly submitted for assessment to the subject manager.
If the subject manager rejects an application, it will be forwarded to the Board of Studies unless a precedent has been set for rejecting the particular kind of application.

During holidays and peak periods, up to a month can go by before you receive a response to your application. The board does not operate in July. (If you use FirstClass you have the possibility of checking when your e-mail is read; tick receipt on opening)
